The OC Kickboxing & MMA Open Mat classes are supervised classes where students can practice  MMA, BJJ and Muay Thai techniques, ask questions and spar with other participants in a clean and safe environment. The classes are open to all members. This a great opportunity to work on chosen techniques and improve weaknesses and strengths.
