Kickboxing Class

 The Kickboxing Class at OC Kickboxing & Mixed Martial Arts focuses on conditioning, cardiovascular fitness and cutting-edge Muay Thai kickboxing drills and techniques performed on a Muay Thai banana bag (6 foot-long punching bag). This class is an amazing workout in an upbeat, fun and safe environment. Stretching, shadow boxing, calisthenics, abdominal exercises, skipping rope,  running and bag work are all a part of the program. There is no physical contact with others in this class. However, the drills are designed to bring out real kickboxing and Muay Thai skills and the conditioning and fitness element is second to none.
